We are thrilled to announce that the Score Relief competition returns once again this year! Working In partnership with our fiends at The Cue Tube, this is your chance to flex your musical muscles and for the lucky winners, have your music recorded by NFO.

As with previous years, the competition will feature an animated clip which composers can create their own score for. This year, we are offering three sessions as prizes. The overall winner will have their score recorded by our 32-piece orchestra. In addition, we’re also offering two 30-minute string quartet sessions as runners-up prizes. The recording session for both the winning entry and runners-up will happen in Manchester in April 2024.

This year's clip, “Wing It” is a playful animation and it has the spirit of cartoon classics such as Looney Tunes, or Tom and Jerry.
Running in tandem with the scoring competition, we have our charity fundraiser for In Place of War. In Place of War is a charity that works in countries that have experienced armed conflict and he's to rebuild communities through arts and music projects.
