We are delighted to share with you a new educational video from composer Zach Heyde discussing the topic of arranging & orchestration for strings. In this video, Zach breaks down some orchestration principles and concepts that he has used in his short composition titled "Amber Meadows", walking you through his process from an initial midi mockup through to the final orchestrations. Musicians from our string section then performed various iterations of the piece, showing how the different orchestration techniques effect the sound.
